Bookings may be affected if certain dates or rules provided by the government change prior to attending your booking. If this happens, we will be flexible with regards to rearranging or refunding your booking.
What we need you to do:
Everyone entering the premises must wear a face covering for the entire duration of their visit (unless exempt).
All players must be from:
- a maximum of 2 households, or
- up to 6 players from any number of households
You must arrive at the time of your booking, to ensure there is no overlap with other groups. If you arrive early you may not be able to enter the building until your time. If you arrive late you may miss your booking.
All players must sanitise their hands on entry using the facilities provided
Do not come to your booking if any of the team has Covid-19 symptoms. If you suspect any member of your team has symptoms, please notify us as soon as possible so we can rearrange your booking.
Do not wear gloves when playing your escape game as we cannot ensure your gloves are sterile.
We are running fewer time slots to ensure adequate time between games to thoroughly clean
All staff will maintain '1m plus' distance at all times
Booking times will be staggered to ensure two teams don't come into contact
Rooms will be cleaned thoroughly between every game to ensure frequently touched surfaces, locks and props have been disinfected.
More flexible rescheduling policy. If any member of your team has Covid-19 symptoms or is having to self isolate, contact us to rearrange the booking. If any member of staff also has to isolate due to Covid-19 symptoms, games may have to be rearranged unless cover can be provided for that member of staff.
