When do we turn up?
They are live bookings. It is important to arrive on time for your scheduled booking. Late arrivals may have to be rescheduled.
What ages can play the rooms?
The rooms are recommended for adults, but can be done by anyone aged 12+ if adults are also part of the team.
Anyone under the age of 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult who is also participating in the room.

Where can I park?
Escape Nation is situated in the Town Centre of Stafford. We have no on-site parking, but there is plenty of parking available nearby.
Free parking after 6pm or all day Sunday on Eastgate Street, ST16 2DQ

How do I Book?
You can book using our online booking form. Simply choose an available date and time and click book now
I have a big group of people, can you accommodate?
Each room is designed for up to 6 people.
What happens if we don't escape?
If time runs out before you've completed the room, don't panic, you will be let out when the timer ends.
What happens if we escape?
If you successfully escape the room in time, your time will be recorded and put up on a leaderboard
How long is a room?
Each room lasts approximately 60 mins.
Can I bring an extra person on the day?
Of course, we can work out the extra cost on arrival up to 6 players.
What happens if I need to cancel/move the booking?
You can cancel a booking any time up to 7 days prior to the booked time. Check out the 'contact us' page for contact methods
If you wish to cancel/change booking within 7 days of your booked time, please do still contact us as we may be able to cancel/re-arrange your booking, however a £15 fee may apply.
I'm claustrophobic, can I play?
Yes, all doors can be opened immediately if necessary

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can be purchased as gifts via the booking page, which can be redeemed within 12 months of purchase and used for any of the available escape rooms.
Vouchers can be purchased for 2,3,4,5 or 6 players for 1 room, or for £15 and £30 values.
You will receive an email and pdf after purchase containing a code, which can be redeemed when booking a room.
GIFT VOUCHER COVID-19 NOTICE
The expiry date on all vouchers purchased prior to and during the nationwide lockdown have been extended by 6 months. The expiry date on any current or future voucher purchases will also be extended in the event of any local or nationwide lockdowns.
What if I have a disability?
Clues and hints are mostly visual. There will also be some sounds in the rooms. Dr Incognitos Secret Lair does have at least one audio puzzle. If you're hard of hearing, so long as one person in your party can hear you will be fine.
We are located on the 1st Floor of the building, currently accessed only via a stairway.
